Tehillim (Psalms) 108
108
1O Elohim, my heart is steadfast; I sing and give praise – even my esteem.
2Awake, harp and lyre! I awake the dawn.
3I praise You, O יהוה, among peoples, And I sing praises to You among the nations.
4For Your loving-commitment is great above the heavens, And Your truth reaches to the clouds.
5Exalt Yourself above the heavens, O Elohim, And Your esteem above all the earth;
6In order that those You love Might be delivered. Save with Your right hand, And answer me.
7Elohim has spoken in His set-apartness, “I exult, I portion out Sheḵem, And I measure out the Valley of Sukkoth.
8Gil‛aḏ is Mine, Menashsheh is Mine, And Ephrayim is My chief defence, Yehuḏah is My inscriber.#See Gen. 49:10 and Psa. 60:7
9Mo’aḇ is My wash-pot, Over Eḏom I cast My shoe, Over Philistia I raise a shout.
10Who would bring me into the strong city? Who shall lead me to Eḏom?
11Have You not rejected us, O Elohim? And You do not go out with our armies, O Elohim!
12Give us help from distress, For the help of man is naught.
13In Elohim we do mightily, For it is He who treads down our adversaries.

Psalms 108
108
Psalm 108
A Song or Psalm of David.
1¶ O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise; this is my glory.
2Awake, psaltery and harp; I will awake the dawn.
3I will praise thee, O Lord, among the peoples, and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
4For thy mercy is great above the heavens, and thy truth reaches unto the heavens.
5Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens and thy glory above all the earth;
6¶ that thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.
7God has spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem and mete out the valley of Succoth.
8Gilead shall be mine; Manasseh shall be mine; Ephraim also shall be the strength of my head; Judah shall be my lawgiver;
9Moab shall be my washpot; over Edom I will cast my shoe; over Philistia I will triumph.
10Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?
11Surely thou, O God, who had cast us off and did not, O God, go forth with our hosts.
12Give us help from trouble; for the salvation of man is deception.
13Through God we shall do valiantly, for he shall tread down our enemies again.
