Moses was the "savior" that God had appointed to rescue his people from slavery in Egypt. But Moses was born under a decree of death! However, God delivered the infant Moses through the waters of death and raised him up to the royal house of Pharaoh in a glorious picture of resurrection! We all know that Moses was a great leader, used by the LORD to help the people of Israel. But all too often we forget about his initial struggles and how they shaped his character. This short devotional looks at the lessons we can learn from Moses' early life and challenges. This devotional is an amended extract from an upcoming book by Jean Kabasomi.
