Dani’ĕl (Daniel) 12
12
1“Now at that time Miḵa’ĕl shall stand up, the great head who is standing over the sons of your people. And there shall be a time of distress, such as never was since there was a nation, until that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered, every one who is found written in the book,
2and many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth wake up, some to everlasting life, and some to reproaches, everlasting abhorrence.
3“And those who have insight shall shine like the brightness of the expanse, and those who lead many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.
4“But you, Dani’ĕl, hide the words, and seal the book until the time of the end.#See Dan. 12:9 Many shall diligently search and knowledge shall increase.”
5Then I, Dani’ĕl, looked and saw two others standing, one on this bank of the river and the other on that bank.
6And one said to the man dressed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long until the end of these wonders?”
7And I heard the man dressed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, and he held up his right hand and his left hand to the heavens, and swore by Him who lives forever, that it would be for an appointed time, appointed times, and half a time. And when they have ended scattering the power of the set-apart people, then all these shall be completed.
8And I heard, but I did not understand, so I said, “My master, what is the latter end of these matters?”
9And he said, “Go, Dani’ĕl, for the words are hidden and sealed till the time of the end.#See Dan. 12:4
10“Many shall be cleansed and made white, and refined. But the wrong shall do wrong – and none of the wrong shall understand, but those who have insight shall understand.
11“And from the time that which is continual is taken away, and the abomination that lays waste is set up, is one thousand two hundred and ninety days.
12“Blessed is he who is waiting earnestly, and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days.
13“But you, go your way till the end. And rest, and arise to your lot at the end of the days.”

Dani'el (Dan) 12
12
1“When that time comes, Mikha’el, the great prince who champions your people, will stand up; and there will be a time of distress unparalleled between the time they became a nation and that moment. At that time, your people will be delivered, everyone whose name is found written in the book. 2Many of those sleeping in the dust of the earth will awaken, some to everlasting life and some to everlasting shame and abhorrence. 3But those who can discern will shine like the brightness of heaven’s dome, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.
4“But you, Dani’el, keep these words secret, and seal up the book until the time of the end. Many will rush here and there as knowledge increases.”
5Then I, Dani’el, looked; and I saw in front of me two others, one on this bank of the river and the other on its other bank. 6One of them asked the man dressed in linen who was above the water of the river, “How long will these wonders last?” 7The man dressed in linen who was above the water of the river raised his right and left hands toward heaven and swore by him who lives forever that it would be for a time, times and a half, and that it will be when the the power of the holy people is no longer being shattered that all these things will end.
8I heard this, but I couldn’t understand what it meant; so I asked, “Lord, what will be the outcome of all this?” 9But he said, “Go your way, Dani’el; for these words are to remain secret and sealed until the time of the end. 10Many will purify, cleanse and refine themselves; but the wicked will keep on acting wickedly, and none of the wicked will understand. But those with discernment will understand. 11From the time the regular burnt offering is taken away and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12How blessed will be anyone who waits and arrives at the 1,335 days. 13But you, go your way until the end comes. Then you will rest and rise for your reward, at the end of days.”
