Isaiah 61:1-3

The Spirit of the Lord JEHOVAH is upon me; Because JEHOVAH hath anointed me to publish glad tidings unto the afflicted; He hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to them that are bound. To proclain the acceptable year of JEHOVAH, And the day of vengeance of our God: To comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto the mourners of Zion, Yea, to give unto them ornament instead of ashes, The oil of gladness instead of sorrow, The garment of praise instead of a desponding spirit; That they might be called: The Trees of Righteousness, The Plantation of JEHOVAH, that He might be glorified.
