Being a stepmother is challenging and can often seem very unrewarding. From one stepmother to another, I understand! That is why I wrote this devotional. I want to walk with you as you learn to unapologetically walk in your assignment as a Stepmother. Your assignment is critical to the life of your stepchildren and in this devotional, we will discuss just what that 'assignment' might look like.

You probably never dreamed you’d be in this place of having to make such hard decisions about the education of your children. But here you are in this unprecedented time, considering home education. This plan from veteran homeschool mom, Robin Meadows, is written to answer some of your questions, to soothe many of your fears, and to encourage you that with Jesus anything is possible!

If you feel lost and alone at times as a single mom, empty nester, widow… or sad because you never married, are divorced, and/or have been bedazzled, then abandoned by unavailable men… God has good news! You’re seen, known, and passionately loved. Found. Your Maker calls you to a honeymoon in the desert where He promises roses for ashes and you’ll sing like a new bride.

That weapon is your voice declaring the decrees of God! Declare the decrees of Heaven over the land, the floodgates of Heaven will open and the purposes of God will be released.
