Proverbs 4:1-3

If you desire godly wisdom, there is no greater document than the book of Proverbs. It touches every aspect of our daily lives. Other books emphasise 'what' and 'why'. Proverbs teaches 'how'.

Forward, focuses on seven distinguishing marks for leaders. In Forward, I call for a different kind of leader to rise up—a leader that guides people to a better future. These leaders—Forward leaders—are able to lead people to go further than they would have ever gone on their own.

In our rapidly changing and powerfully challenging world, we need wisdom for living. Our society pulls and pushes us in different directions, and in this turmoil we need a mental compass to guide us in the right way. We need wisdom for right living. This seven-day plan, based mainly on Proverbs, explores this subject as presented by Solomon.

Caring for aging adults is an honor and a privilege with challenges and opportunities. Ephesians 6:2 - 3 shares this: “Honor your father and mother – the first commandment with a promise – so that it may go well with you...” Some aspects of elder care bring great joy. Others are disorienting. This plan encourages you to lean into the Lord and embrace the time with those you love.
