In today’s world, we are on the brink of a mental health epidemic that estimates that 1 in 4 adults suffer from a diagnosable mental illness. Mental illness reaches across all boundary lines as depression and anxiety impact the church-goer just as much as those who don’t. So, what do we do with this?
