In today’s world, we are on the brink of a mental health epidemic that estimates that 1 in 4 adults suffer from a diagnosable mental illness. Mental illness reaches across all boundary lines as depression and anxiety impact the church-goer just as much as those who don’t. So, what do we do with this? Join us for a 3-day journey through the Psalms as we discuss mental health.

The journey of life can be challenging, and it can be hard to travel some of the difficult roads we have to take. This devotional encourages us to draw strength from our relationship with God and to reflect on His faithfulness throughout our lives.

Some days praising the Lord feels easy and some days it's harder - and yet, in the midst of all of it, the Lord is worthy of our praise. Take a moment to listen to "Praise Belongs" by CXMMXNS and reflect on the many reasons we have to praise the Lord.

The Word of God is alive and powerful to produce faith and hope and love in our lives. The Book of Psalms is no exception. Considered by Jesus as one of the three parts of the Old Testament that talks about Him, it will inspire us, help us understand our feelings, and draw us nearer to God. It contains the essence of what God is expecting from His children: Worship.
