Would others ever describe you as persistent? Is your personality one that continues firmly, sometimes stubbornly, on a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition?  Let this plan guide you towards the strength of the Holy Spirit to do what you can do even in the face of weakness, trials, and struggles.

Are you ever tempted to replace holy satisfaction with cheap earthly offerings? The essence of these guided biblical meditations is becoming satisfied. I pray you will spend this time setting aside what is fleeting to be transformed by the eternal. Giving thanks to the Lord, for He is good, and His lovingkindness is all you need. Surrender your desire for worldly attention to center on God because He is sufficient.

Planning for the future is good. Even hoping about your future is good. But did you know that hope can also be a subtle form of stealing your "now"? When you fixate too much on how things will be better then, or how you’ll be happy when, or what you need to do first in order to be satisfied, you are removing your ability to embrace your now.
