One in thirteen people globally suffer from a form of anxiety disorder. There are three main reasons why we suffer from anxiety: fear, lack of trust and unbelief. This plan will look at each of these to see what the Bible says about them.

Some days praising the Lord feels easy and some days it's harder - and yet, in the midst of all of it, the Lord is worthy of our praise. Take a moment to listen to "Praise Belongs" by CXMMXNS and reflect on the many reasons we have to praise the Lord.

It is such a grounding realisation to move from "I’m here" to "I belong." This deep dive, on our I BELONG identity theme, highlights a beautiful shift in perspective—moving away from trying to "fit in" and instead resting in the fact that we already belong to God's Kingdom. We'll meditate on three specific scriptures, looking at our sense of belonging from three different vantage points, to bridge the gap between our family dynamics/roles and our spiritual identity as Children of God.
