To him that excelleth. Destroy not. A Psalme of David on Michtam. Is it true? O Congregation, speake ye iustly? O sonnes of men, iudge ye vprightly? Yea, rather ye imagine mischiefe in your heart: your hands execute crueltie vpon the earth.
