That confirms the word of his servant, and performs the counsel of his messengers; that says to Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], you i shall be inhabited; and to the cities of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], You 2f shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof
