When I would have healed Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], then the iniquity of Efrayim [Doubly Fruitful] was discovered, and the wickedness of Shomron [watch mountain]: for they commit falsehood; and the thief comes in, [and] the troop of robbers spoils without.
