Deuteronomy 15

15
1At the end of [every] seven years youi shall make a release.
2And this [is] the manner of the release: every creditor that lends [ought] unto his neighbour shall release [it]; he shall not exact [it] of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the Lord-Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] release.
3Of a foreigner youi may exact [it again]: but [that] which is yoursi with youri brother youri hand shall release;
4Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) shall greatly bless youi in the land which the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] gives youi [for] an inheritance to possess it:
5Only if youi carefully hearken unto the voice of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], to observe to do all these commandments which I command youi this day.
6For the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] blesses youi, as he promised youi: and youi shall lend unto many nations, but youi shall not borrow; and youi shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over youi.
7If there be among you a poor man of one of youi brethren within any of youi gates in youi land which the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] gives youi, youi shall not harden youi heart, nor shut youi hand from youi poor brother:
8But youi shall open youi hand wide unto him, and shall surely lend him sufficient for his need, [in that] which he wants.
9Beware that there be not a thought in youi wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and youi eye be evil against youi poor brother, and youi give him nothing; and he cry unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) against youi, and it be sin unto youi.
10youi shall surely give him, and youi heart shall not be grieved when youi give unto him: because that for this thing the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] shall bless youi in all youi works, and in all that youi put youi hand unto.
11For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command youi, saying, youi shall open youi hand wide unto youi brother, to youi poor, and to youi needy, in youi land.
12 [And] if youi brother, an ‘Evri’ot [Hebrew] man, or an ‘Evri’ot [Hebrew] woman, be sold unto youi, and serve youi six years; then in the seventh year youi shall let him go free from youi.
13And when youi sendest him out free from youi, youi shall not let him go away empty:
14youi shall furnish him liberally out of youri flock, and out of youri floor, and out of youri winepress: [of that] which the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youri God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] has Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) youi youi shall give unto him.
15And youi shall remember that youi were a bondman (slave) in the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place], and the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] redeemed youi: therefore I command youi this thing to day.
16And it shall be, if he say unto youi, I will not go away from youi; because he loves youi and youi house, because he is well with youi;
17Then youi shall take an aul, and thrust [it] through his ear unto the door, and he shall be youi servant forever. And also unto youi maidservant youi shall do likewise.
18It shall not seem hard unto youi, when youi sendest him away free from youi; for he has been worth a double hired servant [to youi], in serving youi six years: and the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] shall bless youi in all that youi do.
19All the firstling males that come of youi herd and of youi flock youi shall sanctify (make holy; set apart for God’s use) unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: youi shall do no work with the firstling of youi bullock, nor shear the firstling of youi sheep.
20youi shall eat [it] before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] year by year in the place which the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) shall choose, youi and youi household.
21And if there be [any] blemish in it, [as if it be] lame, or blind, [or have] any ill blemish, youi shall not sacrifice it unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].
22youi shall eat it within youi gates: the unclean and the clean [person shall eat it] alike, as the roebuck, and as the deer.
23Only youi shall not eat the blood thereof; youi shall pour it upon the ground as water.
