Matthieu 21:37

Is your life characterized by joy? If you’re not sure exactly what that means or would look like, spend the next four days learning from theologian Eugene H. Peterson. Peterson, an author, biblical scholar, and pastor, uncovers the essential nature of joy to the Christian experience. His example, in life as well as in death, was characterized by joy. Find yourself renewed, springing forth no matter the circumstances.

At the core of it, discipleship is taking care of and tending all the things Jesus commanded us. Yet how can we know what to do if we don't know His words? That is why we're exploring all of Jesus' words across the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Each day includes a Bible narration from Ps Mark Varughese of the words of Jesus. NOTE: the translation used in the narration is the New King James Version.

No matter where you lead, the qualities that make a great leader are the same: you should be humble, selfless, honest, collaborative, and teachable. Most of all, you should recognize Jesus as the gold standard of leadership and make your relationship with God your top priority. Our prayer is that these 5 days will encourage you in your journey of spiritual leadership.

God is on the move. Never tied down, God leads from new places. This 5-day plan is designed to help you discern God-on-the-move, and how to respond. It continues a journey through the book of Acts, the Bible’s gripping sequel of Jesus at work in the life of his followers as he expands his kingdom to the ends of the earth. It’s a journey on what it means to be a Christian. It’s a story in which you have a role to play.
