Anger is a human emotion that God doesn’t condemn. The Lord understands that it can happen. You are a human being, not a superhero! So, anger in itself is not a sin. However, the Bible encourages us to not hold on to it…“‘Be angry, and do not sin’. This plan will teach you what the Bible says about anger and how you can deal with your anger.
