Matthew 26:26-27

While they were eating, Jesus took some bread and blessed it. Then he broke it and gave pieces to the disciples. “Take and eat this for it is my body,” said Jesus. Then he picked up the cup, blessed it, and gave it to them. “Drink from it, all of you,” he told them.
