Leviticus 2
2
1“When you bring a grain offering to the Lord, your offering must be of the best flour. Pour olive oil on it and put frankincense on it, 2and take it to Aaron's sons the priests. The priest shall take a handful of the flour and olive oil mixture, as well as all the frankincense, and burn this as a ‘reminder part’ on the altar, a food offering, to be accepted by the Lord. 3The rest of the grain offering is for Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the offerings given to the Lord as food offerings.
4If your offering is of grain baked in an oven, it must be made from fine flour without using yeast. It can be cakes mixed with olive oil or wafers with olive oil spread on them. 5If your offering is a grain offering cooked on a griddle, it must be made of fine flour mixed with olive oil without using yeast. 6Break it up and pour olive oil over it; it is a grain offering. 7If your offering is a grain offering cooked in a pan, it must be made of fine flour with olive oil.
8Bring to the Lord the grain offering in whatever way it has been prepared. Present it to the priest, who will take it to the altar. 9The priest is to take the ‘reminder part’ from the grain offering and burn it on the altar as a food offering, to be accepted by the Lord. 10The rest of the grain offering is for Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the food offerings given to the Lord.
11No grain offering that you give to the Lord may be made using yeast. Don't burn any yeast or honey as a food offering to the Lord. 12You may give them to the Lord when you present your offerings of firstfruits, but they must not be offered on the altar to be accepted by the Lord. 13All of your grain offerings are to be seasoned with salt. Don't leave the salt of God's agreement out of your grain offering. Add salt to all of your offerings.
14When you bring a grain offering of firstfruits to the Lord, offer crushed heads of new grain roasted on the fire. 15Put olive oil and frankincense on it; it is a grain offering. 16The priest will burn the ‘reminder part’ of the crushed grain and olive oil, as well as all its frankincense, as a food offering to the Lord.”

Leviticus 2

Uncooked Grain Offerings
1 ⌞The Lord continued,⌟ “Now, if any of you bring a grain offering to the Lord, your offering must be flour. Pour olive oil on it, and put incense on it. 2Then bring it to Aaron’s sons, the priests. Take from this a handful of flour with olive oil, and all the incense. The priest will burn it on the altar as a reminder. It is an offering by fire, a soothing aroma to the Lord. 3The rest of the grain offering will belong to Aaron and his sons. It is very holy, set apart from the Lord’s offering by fire.
Cooked Grain Offerings
4“If you bring a grain offering which has been baked in an oven, it must be rings of unleavened bread made of flour mixed with olive oil or wafers of unleavened bread brushed with olive oil. 5If your grain offering is prepared in a frying pan, it, too, will be unleavened bread made of flour mixed with olive oil. 6Break it into pieces and pour olive oil over it. It is a grain offering. 7If your grain offering is prepared in a skillet, it will be made of flour with olive oil.
8“Bring the Lord the grain offering prepared in any of these ways. Offer it to the priest who will bring it to the altar. 9The priest will remove part of the grain offering and burn it as a reminder on the altar. It is an offering by fire, a soothing aroma to the Lord. 10The rest of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons. It is very holy, set apart from the Lord’s offering by fire.
Other Ingredients
11“Every grain offering that you bring to the Lord must be prepared without yeast. Never burn yeast or honey as an offering to the Lord. 12You may bring them to the Lord as offerings of your first products. But they must never be placed on the altar to make a soothing aroma. 13Also put salt on each of your grain offerings. The salt of God’s promise #2:13 Or “covenant.” must never be left out of your grain offerings. Put salt on all your offerings.
Offering the First Grain Harvested
14“If you bring a grain offering to the Lord from the first grain you harvest, roast the cracked grain over fire. 15Put olive oil on it, and place incense on it. It is a grain offering. 16The priest will burn the flour, olive oil, and all the incense as a reminder. It is an offering by fire to the Lord.”
