Zechariah 14:16-19

Afterward, the survivors of all the nations that have attacked the city will return to Jerusalem each year to worship the King of the world, YAHWEH, Commander of Angel Armies, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. And if any of the people groups of the world do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King of the world, YAHWEH, Commander of Angel Armies, no rain will fall upon their land. And if the Egyptian people do not make this pilgrimage, then YAHWEH will send the same plague he sent the other nations that did not celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. This will be the punishment for Egypt and the punishment for all the nations that fail to come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
