This study, through the book of Hebrews, is designed to help believers in Christ Jesus live a victorious life of faith. It is called Faith Adventures because this study is derived from Chingtok Ishaku's book titled Faith Adventures.

What are you missing if you only read the Bible? We have long recognized that the Bible was written for us, but not to us, and requires us to make efforts to bridge the cultural gap between ourselves as readers and the writers of the ancient world. In this study, we will become aware of yet another gap that we must recognize and factor into our reading: we must bridge the modality gap between the written word and the oral word.

In this five-day reading plan, Dr. Tony Evans will journey with you through the first section of Hebrews (1:1—3:6) and discuss Jesus: The Superior Person. Hebrews was written to encourage believers to never give up. So, if you have ever faced discouragement in your journey of faith, then this is the book you should study to find encouragement and hope to finish the race of faith well.

It means that when you chose to believe in Jesus, you chose to make his story, your story.
