This is all I want to ask of you: did you receive the [Holy] Spirit as the result of obeying [the requirements of] the Law, or was it the result of hearing [the message of salvation and] with faith [believing it]? Are you so foolish and senseless? Having begun [your new life by faith] with the Spirit, are you now being perfected and reaching spiritual maturity by the flesh [that is, by your own works and efforts to keep the Law]? Have you suffered so many things and experienced so much all for nothing—if indeed it was all for nothing?

4 Days
There seems to be a gap between God’s promises for Christ-followers and what we actually experience in our day-to-day lives. God wants to help you close that gap, but self-help will never get you there. This four-day plan confronts the lie of self-help with God’s power to truly change us.
Once we are saved, we have a tendency to believe that the process of spiritual growth is up to us. But the grace that saved us is also the grace that transforms us to be more like Jesus. In this four-day study, you’ll learn what it looks like to live in a way that trusts, rests, and relies on God’s strength rather than your own.
This plan will explore what the letter of Galatians teaches us in four major areas. 1) WHO GOD IS: God’s character and nature 2) WHO WE ARE: the identity of humanity and/or believers 3) WHAT WE BELIEVE: core Christian doctrines 4) HOW WE LIVE: putting faith into action
The letter to the Galatians wasn’t a polite theological essay—it was a furious, urgent defense of grace. In this four-day devotional, Daniel Kolenda walks us through Paul’s most passionate letter to reveal the explosive power of the gospel. Each day explores a different chapter of Furious and the Scriptures that shaped it, inviting you to trade legalism for liberty and religion for relationship.
