這是上行之詩、○
詩人於苦難中承認己罪切求憐憫
1主阿、我在深淵呼籲你。 2上主阿、願你俯聽我的哀聲、側耳聽我懇求的聲音。
信主肯赦罪愆因切望其恩宥
3耶和華上主、你若究察罪惡、誰能站立得住。 4惟你常施赦恩、使人敬畏。 5我仰望主、我心仰望、等候主的應許。 6我心盼望上主比更夫盼亮尤切、比更夫盼亮尤切。
言主仁慈無量勸選民專仰望主
7 以色列人阿、應當仰望主、因為主常行仁慈、大施救贖。 8必贖救以色列人、脫離一切罪孽。
