Yirmeyah 23:5-6

Hinei, the days come, saith HASHEM, that I will raise up unto Dovid a Tzemach Tzaddik, and a Melech shall reign and act wisely, and shall execute mishpat and tzedakah in ha'aretz. In his days Yehudah shall be saved, and Yisroel shall dwell safely; and this is Shmo whereby he shall be called Adonoi (HASHEM) Tzidkeinu.
