Yeshayah 14:30

And the bechorei dalim (the firstborn of the poor ones) shall eat, and the evyonim (needy ones) shall lie down in safety; and I will kill thy shoresh (root) with ra'av (famine), and it shall slay thy she'erit (remnant, survivors).
