Salmos 89:37

Advent begins four Sundays before Christmas Day. During this time, the Church universal is invited to become more intentional: 1) to look back in thankfulness for Jesus’ birth; and 2) to look forward in the hope of full restoration when He comes again. These reflections are designed to help you engage and embrace this season.

LEADERSHIFT shows that true leadership is not about position, title, or popularity, it is about who you are and what you demonstrate for God’s Kingdom. Learn to lead with integrity, intention, compassion, and sacrifice. Explore principles that distinguish a boss from a Kingdom leader, discover the power of dying to self for the sake of others, and walk in God’s authority while serving His people. With biblical examples and practical application, this devotional equips you to become a leader who builds, protects, and empowers, leaving an enduring impact in your sphere of influence and beyond.

The hope of Jesus was prophesied and earnestly expected for generations. One day, that promise of hope was fulfilled right in Israel’s midst. Everything changed for the entire world at that moment when that dream became a reality. Join us this Christmas as we look at both the promises and their fulfillment through the scriptures surrounding Jesus’ birth!

This reading plan spans one year with daily bite-sized chunks of devotions and scripture to help you stay focused, at a comfortable pace and without overwhelming yourself.
