Provérbios 24:12

Faith says, “I can do all things.” Fear says, “What will they think of me?” Faith and fear are opposites—it is impossible for faith and fear to coexist equally in your life. These devotionals take you inside the stories of modern-day and biblical heroes who chose to fear God instead of people. It’s my prayer that they will embolden you to step out in faith today.

Although Jesus told us in this world we would find trouble, He also offered us ways to overcome in overwhelming times. He taught His followers what I like to call 5 Steps for Overcomers—look within, look to Him, look ahead, look out, and look up. Looking in each of these directions will help us to overcome our everyday challenges, and help us to encourage others to do the same.

A 5-day journey through Luke 14:1–6, calling us to abandon selective compassion and learn to respond to every person with the urgency, dignity, and love we would give our own.

Most of us already know enough about AI to ask harder questions. We have simply chosen not to. This five-day plan is not about technology. It is about the gap between what you know and what you do about it. Scripture has a name for that gap. It is not ignorance. It is not malice. It is something closer to home than either. Come and see.
