Números 27:13

For millennia, God’s people have been carrying out a weekly Bible study plan. Every year, they read through the Torah from Genesis to Deuteronomy. In synagogue each week, they read and study a Bible passage—the weekly parshah. This parshah is called “Pinechas,” which is Hebrew for the biblical figure named Phinehas, and covers Numbers 25:10-30:1.

Joshua was the leader of the people of Israel at a crucial time in their history. After a 40-year journey, the time had come to take possession of their own land, and Joshua led the way. This reading plan is about Joshua's life and leadership and describes valuable lessons for leadership today.

Walking in His Presence Daily is a 21-day journey of prayer and fasting inspired by Daniel’s devotion. Designed to deepen spiritual focus, this plan invites believers to seek God’s presence, guidance, and purpose. Through intentional time in prayer and Scripture, we humble ourselves, grow in understanding, and align our hearts with His will.

In the book of Numbers, God demonstrates himself as a pillar of fire and a pillar of smoke, faithfully leading his often rebellious people through the wilderness. Although the faithless wilderness generation was barred from entering the promised land, God was raising up a generation to lead the people from their wandering into the conquest of the land of Canaan.
