Isaías 5:12

Attention, overburdened Mama! Mom life is hard in our modern culture. This plan will help you distinguish between true guilt and conviction from God versus false guilt and condemnation from your unrealistic standards. If you feel like life is win/lose (either the kids win and I lose, or I win and the kids lose), then dive into God’s Word and stop living in bondage.

This devotional invites you to rediscover God’s heart, God’s Kingdom, and God’s work in the world today. Through Scripture, reflection, and honest exploration, you’ll learn to see your life, your church, and your challenges through the light of Jesus. Each day reveals a fresh glimpse of God’s character, His purposes, and His invitation to return, rebuild, and walk closely with Him. Whether you feel confident, confused, or spiritually distant, this journey will guide you toward deeper understanding, renewed hope, and a faith shaped by the God who loves you.

Isaiah was written thousands of years ago, but the truths found within remain pertinent today. And although it was written to the people of ancient Israel, its wisdom applies to all Christians. Isaiah chapter 5 specifically covers six woes that God wanted to communicate to help us remain on a righteous path for his glory. Read this plan with an open heart and let God change you for his good.

This 7‑day plan invites you to stop trying to fit God into your picture and instead let Him become the Cornerstone. Each day explores a moment when people encountered the living, holy God — the God who wrestles, speaks, confronts idols, redirects our choices, and meets us in life’s dead ends. Through Scripture, reflection, and prayer, this plan helps you begin again, not with yourself, but with Him. If you’re ready for a faith shaped by encounter and revelation rather than preference, start here. Start with God.
