Daniel 4:30

What Am I Doing Here is a follow-up study to the Jeff Scott Wood plan, Good Dreams... God Dreams. In this study, you will find the biblical answer to the question with which so many of us battle.

Where does our power and motivation as leaders come from? As Christian leaders, we must acknowledge that apart from God, we are nothing. This four-day devotional helps us practice the lifelong exercise of turning from pride to humility, rebellion to obedience, and fear to empowerment, turning our gaze from our earthly Babylons toward the heavenly Jerusalem.

Leading under normal circumstances and in normal conditions is tough enough. But leading people through times of disruption and uncertainty is not for the faint of heart. In this plan, Andy Stanley shares three essentials for navigating uncertainty because it’s a permanent part of life and the leadership equation. It’s why the world needs leaders.

This video plan takes a look at the life of Daniel. He is an excellent example of how to stay true to your convictions and your faith even in difficult situations.
