Missions have always been in the heart of the Heavenly Father. He sent His own Son, Jesus, to tell the world about the Good News of God’s love. Jesus prepared His disciples and gave them the Holy Spirit to empower them and be His witnesses to the ends of the earth. Today, as children of God, we are empowered with the Holy Spirit to be bold to love.

He wants to fill us with His presence, so much so that we will overflow to a world that is hungry and thirsty. We are to be earthen vessels filled with the treasure of heaven. The people of the world need this treasure. They need Jesus.

Isolation ≠ seclusion. In isolation, fear is loud; in seclusion, God is heard. Where are you standing in this season of uncertainty: behind the closed doors of fear or in the waiting room of God's sovereignty? As with the disciples, God can change our lives in one visit, but He needs a private moment with us first. Make room for seclusion and God will intercede!
