1 Corinthians 2
2
1 When I came to you, brothers, I didn’t come with excellence of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God. 2For I determined not to know anything amongst you except Yeshua the Messiah and him crucified. 3I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. 4My speech and my proclaiming were not in persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5that your faith wouldn’t stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
6 We speak wisdom, however, amongst those who are full grown, yet a wisdom not of this world nor of the rulers of this world who are coming to nothing. 7But we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the wisdom that has been hidden, which God foreordained before the worlds for our glory, 8which none of the rulers of this world has known. For had they known it, they wouldn’t have crucified the Lord of glory. 9But as it is written,
“Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear,
which didn’t enter into the heart of man,
these God has prepared for those who love him.”#Isaiah 64:4
10 But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. 11For who amongst men knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God except God’s Spirit. 12But we received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God, that we might know the things that were freely given to us by God. 13We also speak these things, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things. 14Now the natural man doesn’t receive the things of God’s Spirit, for they are foolishness to him; and he can’t know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15But he who is spiritual discerns all things, and he himself is to be judged by no one. 16“For who has known the mind of the Lord that he should instruct him?” #Isaiah 40:13 But we have Messiah’s mind.

1 Corinthians 2
2
1And I, when I came to you, brethren, came not in excellency of word, or wisdom, announcing to you the testimony of God. 2For I did not judge it well to know anything among you save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. 3And I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling; 4and my word and my preaching, not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power; 5that your faith might not stand in men's wisdom, but in God's power.
6But we speak wisdom among the perfect; but wisdom not of this world, nor of the rulers of this world, who come to nought. 7But we speak God's wisdom in a mystery, that hidden wisdom which God had predetermined before the ages for our glory: 8which none of the princes of this age knew, (for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory;) 9but according as it is written, Things which eye has not seen, and ear not heard, and which have not come into man's heart, which God has prepared for them that love him, 10but God has revealed to us by his Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. 11For who of men hath known the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? thus also the things of God knows no one except the Spirit of God. 12But we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God, that we may know the things which have been freely given to us of God: 13which also we speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, communicating spiritual things by spiritual means. 14But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him; and he cannot know them because they are spiritually discerned; 15but the spiritual discerns all things, and he is discerned of no one. 16For who has known the mind of the Lord, who shall instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
