Leviticus 8
8
1And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying, 2Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bullock of the sin-offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread; 3and assemble thou all the congregation at the door of the tent of meeting. 4And Moses did as Jehovah commanded him; and the congregation was assembled at the door of the tent of meeting. 5And Moses said unto the congregation, This is the thing which Jehovah hath commanded to be done.
6And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water. 7And he put upon him the coat, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon him, and he girded him with the skilfully woven band of the ephod, and bound it unto him therewith. 8And he placed the breastplate upon him: and in the breastplate he put the Urim and the Thummim. 9And he set the mitre upon his head; and upon the mitre, in front, did he set the golden plate, the holy crown; as Jehovah commanded Moses.
10And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them. 11And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the laver and its base, to sanctify them. 12And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him. 13And Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and clothed them with coats, and girded them with girdles, and bound head-tires upon them; as Jehovah commanded Moses.
14And he brought the bullock of the sin-offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock of the sin-offering. 15And he slew it; and Moses took the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it. 16And he took all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the caul of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat; and Moses burned it upon the altar. 17But the bullock, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he burnt with fire without the camp; as Jehovah commanded Moses.
18And he presented the ram of the burnt-offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram. 19And he killed it; and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about. 20And he cut the ram into its pieces; and Moses burnt the head, and the pieces, and the fat. 21And he washed the inwards and the legs with water; and Moses burnt the whole ram upon the altar: it was a burnt-offering for a sweet savor: it was an offering made by fire unto Jehovah; as Jehovah commanded Moses.
22And he presented the other ram, the ram of consecration: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram. 23And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood thereof, and put it upon the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot. 24And he brought Aaron’s sons; and Moses put of the blood upon the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about. 25And he took the fat, and the fat tail, and all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the caul of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and the right thigh: 26and out of the basket of unleavened bread, that was before Jehovah, he took one unleavened cake, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat, and upon the right thigh: 27and he put the whole upon the hands of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, and waved them for a wave-offering before Jehovah. 28And Moses took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt-offering: they were a consecration for a sweet savor: it was an offering made by fire unto Jehovah. 29And Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave-offering before Jehovah: it was Moses’ portion of the ram of consecration; as Jehovah commanded Moses.
30And Moses took of the anointing oil, and of the blood which was upon the altar, and sprinkled it upon Aaron, upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon his sons’ garments with him, and sanctified Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.
31And Moses said unto Aaron and to his sons, Boil the flesh at the door of the tent of meeting: and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of consecration, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat it. 32And that which remaineth of the flesh and of the bread shall ye burn with fire. 33And ye shall not go out from the door of the tent of meeting seven days, until the days of your consecration be fulfilled: for he shall consecrate you seven days. 34As hath been done this day, so Jehovah hath commanded to do, to make atonement for you. 35And at the door of the tent of meeting shall ye abide day and night seven days, and keep the charge of Jehovah, that ye die not: for so I am commanded. 36And Aaron and his sons did all the things which Jehovah commanded by Moses.

1And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying,
2“Take Aharon and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bull of the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread,
3and assemble all the congregation at the door of the Tent of Appointment.”
4And Mosheh did as יהוה commanded him, and the congregation was assembled at the door of the Tent of Appointment.
5And Mosheh said to the congregation, This is the word יהוה commanded to be done.” ”
6So Mosheh brought Aharon and his sons and washed them with water,
7and put the long shirt on him, and girded him with the girdle, and dressed him in the robe, and put the shoulder garment on him, and girded him with the embroidered band of the shoulder garment, and with it tied the shoulder garment on him,
8and put the breastplate on him, and put the Urim and the Tummim in the breastplate,
9and put the turban on his head. And on the turban, on its front, he put the golden plate, the set-apart sign of dedication, as יהוה had commanded Mosheh.
10And Mosheh took the anointing oil and anointed the Dwelling Place and all that was in it, and set them apart.
11And he sprinkled some of it on the slaughter-place seven times, and anointed the slaughter-place and all its utensils, and the basin and its base, to set them apart.
12And he poured some of the anointing oil on Aharon’s head and anointed him, to set him apart.
13And Mosheh brought the sons of Aharon and put long shirts on them, and girded them with girdles, and put turbans on them, as יהוה had commanded Mosheh.
14And he brought the bull for the sin offering, and Aharon and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull for the sin offering,
15and it was slain. And Mosheh took the blood, and put some on the horns of the slaughter-place all around with his finger, and cleansed the slaughter-place. And he poured the blood at the base of the slaughter-place, and set it apart, to make atonement for it.
16And he took all the fat that was on the entrails, and the appendage on the liver, and the two kidneys with their fat, and Mosheh burned them on the slaughter-place.
17And the bull, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he burned with fire outside the camp, as יהוה had commanded Mosheh.
18And he brought the ram of the ascending offering, and Aharon and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram,
19and it was slain. And Mosheh sprinkled the blood on the slaughter-place all around,
20and he cut the ram into pieces. And Mosheh burned the head, and the pieces, and the fat,
21and he washed the entrails and the legs in water. And Mosheh burned the entire ram on the slaughter-place. It was an ascending offering for a sweet fragrance, and an offering made by fire to יהוה, as יהוה had commanded Mosheh.
22And he brought the second ram, the ram of ordination, and Aharon and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram,
23and it was slain. And Mosheh took some of its blood and put it on the tip of Aharon’s right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.
24And he brought near the sons of Aharon, and Mosheh put some of the blood on the tips of their right ears, and on the thumbs of their right hands, and on the big toes of their right feet. And Mosheh sprinkled the blood on the slaughter-place all around,
25and took the fat and the fat tail, and all the fat that was on the entrails, and the appendage on the liver, and the two kidneys and their fat, and the right thigh,
26and from the basket of unleavened bread that was before יהוה he took one unleavened cake, and a cake of bread anointed with oil, and one thin cake, and put them on the fat and on the right thigh,
27and placed all these in the hands of Aharon and in the hands of his sons, and waved them as a wave offering before יהוה.
28Mosheh then took them from their hands and burned them on the slaughter-place, on the ascending offering. They were ordinations for a sweet fragrance. It was an offering by fire to יהוה.
29And Mosheh took the breast and waved it, a wave offering before יהוה. It was Mosheh’s portion of the ram of ordination, as יהוה had commanded Mosheh.
30And Mosheh took some of the anointing oil and some of the blood which was on the slaughter-place, and sprinkled it on Aharon, on his garments, and on his sons, and on the garments of his sons with him. And he set apart Aharon, his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.
31And Mosheh said to Aharon and his sons, “Cook the flesh at the door of the Tent of Appointment, and eat it there with the bread that is in the basket of the ordinations, as I have commanded, saying, ‘Aharon and his sons are to eat it.’
32“Then burn the rest of the flesh and the bread with fire.
33“And do not go outside the door of the Tent of Appointment for seven days, until the days of your ordination are completed – for he fills your hands for seven days.
34“יהוה has commanded to do, as he has done this day, to make atonement for you.
35And stay at the door of the Tent of Appointment day and night for seven days. And you shall guard the duty of יהוה, and not die, for so I have been commanded.” ”
36And Aharon and his sons did all the words that יהוה had commanded by the hand of Mosheh.
