Psalms 110:2

How is your family preparing for Easter? Through this short and sweet devotional (especially helpful if you’re teaching little ones with short attention spans), Scott James brings to light the many things that Christ’s life and resurrection means for us not only through the season of Lent, but all year long.

In 100 carefully selected passages from the Bible, you will discover who Jesus is and why he is so significant – even life-transforming. Through both Old and New Testament readings, you will discover why God sent Jesus, what Jesus taught, how he treated people, why he did miracles, the meaning of his death, the significance of his resurrection, and what the Bible says about his second coming.

The Psalms are more than ancient songs and prayers—they point us to Jesus. Over five days, discover how the Psalms reveal him as the reigning King, suffering Saviour, eternal Priest, risen Lord, and cornerstone of God’s kingdom. As we explore Psalms 2, 22, 110, 16 and 118, we’ll see how Jesus fulfils what was written centuries before his birth and discover what it means to take refuge in him, trust his victory, and build our lives on him.

Spend seven days with Dr. Ramesh Richard, president of RREACH (a Global Proclamation Ministry) and professor at Dallas Theological Seminary, as he offers pastoral insights on the reality of death. Though each of us is certain to face death, a Christian’s hope is in Christ—he who lives and believes in Him will never die. Do you believe this?
