2 Chronicles 32:8

We have been conditioned to measure God's faithfulness by our circumstances. When things go well, He is good. When they fall apart, we wonder where He went. But Scripture tells a different story. Victory in God's kingdom does not always look like deliverance. Sometimes it looks like endurance. Sometimes it looks like Job declaring "my Redeemer lives" from the ash heap. This 5-day devotional reframes what victory actually means and anchors it in the only place it can be found: the presence of God.

When the king of Assyria threatens Jerusalem, Hezekiah does not deny the danger or the strength of the enemy. Yet he reminds the people of an even greater reality: they are not alone. In 2 Chronicles 32:7, he calls them to courage because God is with them. This plan will help you face your fears honestly without giving them all the space, do what is yours to do, and recover confidence when what stands before you seems far greater than your own strength.

Let this seven-day devotional spark your courage, urging you to embrace faith instead of fear. Discover how bold action inspires others and how, with God on our side, triumph is certain.

The sin, violence, terror, and bad things in this world can lead us to be afraid. But knowing that our powerful God is on our side leaves us with no fear.
