Elkanah, Zophai, Nahath, Eliab, Jeroham, Elkanah, and Samuel. The sons of Samuel were Joel (the older) and Abijah (the second). The descendants of Merari included Mahli, Libni, Shimei, Uzzah, Shimea, Haggiah, and Asaiah.
