Just as the butterfly sheds its cocoon, emerging transformed and free to soar, let this New Year be our cocoon of change. Like the butterfly, we shed the unproductive traditions of the past, allowing our spirits to unfurl, vibrant and renewed.

In this plan, designed to be used during any of the days of the Advent season, we will reflect on 1 Thessalonians as we prepare our hearts to celebrate Christmas.
