Philippians 2:4-5

Do you ever feel alone, isolated, or unwanted? The theme of these guided audio meditations is "being known."  Day 1 is how to celebrate the joy of Christ together. Day 2 is about being synchronized with others and united in Christ.  And, Day 3 is about living a life that lets the world know who you are. We pray you are blessed and encounter God in this plan.

What would our life look life without Jesus? Where would we be? The truth is, all of us came from the same place, from the bottom of a dark hole. God found us when we were helpless and justified us through our faith in Jesus. It's by His grace that we live this life. When we understand this, it allows us to pursue Jesus' character and be humble.

The theme of these guided audio meditations is healing. Divine healing. How it offers hope as you seek relief, strive to praise, and long to worship God amid your pain. Day One’s meditation will help you find healing by finding value in others. The second meditation will center you on finding healing from weakness. And Day Three is about healing your heart.

Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that.” That is the theme of these guided audio meditations: shining light into darkness. Your first meditation will help you center on the light of God within you. In the second meditation, you will become more mindful of God’s light shining out. Finally, a meditation on God choosing you to light the world around you.
