2 Samuel is all about Jesus! This 9-day plan will walk you through the book of 2 Samuel by reading just a chapter or two a day. Each day is accompanied by a short devotional and video that explains what’s happening and shows you how each part of the story points to Jesus and his Gospel.

In this plan, you'll learn that God opposes the proud but lifts up the humble. From Hannah’s song to David’s rise and Saul’s fall, we see God repeatedly choosing the humble and rejecting the self-serving - ultimately pointing to Jesus as the true and better King who listens to the Father, defeats our enemies, and reigns with justice and mercy.
