The Ark of the Covenant Law
1Bezalel made the ark of the covenant law out of acacia wood. It was three feet nine inches long and two feet three inches wide and high. 2He covered it inside and outside with pure gold. He put a strip of gold around it. 3He made four gold rings for it. He joined them to its four bottom corners. He put two rings on one side and two rings on the other. 4Then he made poles out of acacia wood. He covered them with gold. 5He put the poles through the rings on the sides of the ark to carry it.
6He made its cover out of pure gold. It was three feet nine inches long and two feet three inches wide. The cover is the place where sin is paid for. 7Then he made two cherubim out of hammered gold at the ends of the cover. 8He put one of the cherubim on each end of it. 9He made them as part of the cover itself. Their wings spread up over the cover. The cherubim faced each other and looked toward the cover.
The Table for the Holy Bread
10The workers made the table out of acacia wood. It was three feet long, one foot six inches wide and two feet three inches high. 11Then they covered it with pure gold. They put a strip of gold around it. 12They also made a rim around it three inches wide. They put a strip of gold around the rim. 13They made four gold rings for the table. They joined them to the four corners, where the four legs were. 14The rings were close to the rim. The rings held the poles used to carry the table. 15The workers made the poles out of acacia wood. They covered them with gold. 16They made plates, dishes and bowls out of pure gold for the table. They also made pure gold pitchers to pour out drink offerings.
The Gold Lampstand
17The workers made the lampstand out of pure gold. They hammered out its base and stem. Its buds, blossoms and cups branched out from it. 18Six branches came out from the sides of the lampstand. There were three on one side and three on the other. 19On one branch there were three cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms. There were three on the next branch. In fact, there were three on each of the six branches that came out from the lampstand. 20On the lampstand there were four cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms. 21One bud was under the first pair of branches that came out from the lampstand. A second bud was under the second pair. And a third bud was under the third pair. There was a total of six branches. 22The buds and branches came out from the lampstand. The whole lampstand was one piece hammered out of pure gold.
23The workers made its seven lamps out of pure gold. They also made its trays and wick cutters out of pure gold. 24They used 75 pounds of pure gold to make the lampstand and everything used with it.
The Altar for Burning Incense
25The workers made the altar for burning incense. They made it out of acacia wood. It was about one foot six inches square and three feet high. A horn stuck out from each of its upper four corners. 26The workers covered the top, sides and horns with pure gold. They put a strip of gold around it. 27They made two gold rings below the strip. They put the rings on the sides across from each other. The rings held the poles used to carry it. 28The workers made the poles out of acacia wood. They covered them with gold.
29They also made the sacred anointing oil and the pure, sweet-smelling incense. A person who makes perfume made them.

Exodus 37
37
1 Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood. Its length was two and a half cubits,#37:1 A cubit is the length from the tip of the middle finger to the elbow on a man’s arm, or about 18 inches or 46 centimetres. and its width a cubit and a half, and a cubit and a half its height. 2He overlaid it with pure gold inside and outside, and made a moulding of gold for it around it. 3He cast four rings of gold for it in its four feet—two rings on its one side, and two rings on its other side. 4He made poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. 5He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to bear the ark. 6He made a mercy seat of pure gold. Its length was two and a half cubits, and a cubit and a half its width. 7He made two cherubim of gold. He made them of beaten work, at the two ends of the mercy seat: 8one cherub at the one end, and one cherub at the other end. He made the cherubim of one piece with the mercy seat at its two ends. 9The cherubim spread out their wings above, covering the mercy seat with their wings, with their faces towards one another. The faces of the cherubim were towards the mercy seat.
10 He made the table of acacia wood. Its length was two cubits, and its width was a cubit, and its height was a cubit and a half. 11He overlaid it with pure gold, and made a gold moulding around it. 12He made a border of a hand’s width around it, and made a golden moulding on its border around it. 13He cast four rings of gold for it, and put the rings in the four corners that were on its four feet. 14The rings were close by the border, the places for the poles to carry the table. 15He made the poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold, to carry the table. 16He made the vessels which were on the table, its dishes, its spoons, its bowls, and its pitchers with which to pour out, of pure gold.
17 He made the lamp stand of pure gold. He made the lamp stand of beaten work. Its base, its shaft, its cups, its buds, and its flowers were of one piece with it. 18There were six branches going out of its sides: three branches of the lamp stand out of its one side, and three branches of the lamp stand out of its other side: 19three cups made like almond blossoms in one branch, a bud and a flower, and three cups made like almond blossoms in the other branch, a bud and a flower; so for the six branches going out of the lamp stand. 20In the lamp stand were four cups made like almond blossoms, its buds and its flowers; 21and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, for the six branches going out of it. 22Their buds and their branches were of one piece with it. The whole thing was one beaten work of pure gold. 23He made its seven lamps, and its snuffers, and its snuff dishes, of pure gold. 24He made it of a talent#37:24 A talent is about 30 kilograms or 66 pounds or 965 Troy ounces of pure gold, with all its vessels.
25 He made the altar of incense of acacia wood. It was square: its length was a cubit, and its width a cubit. Its height was two cubits. Its horns were of one piece with it. 26He overlaid it with pure gold: its top, its sides around it, and its horns. He made a gold moulding around it. 27He made two golden rings for it under its moulding crown, on its two ribs, on its two sides, for places for poles with which to carry it. 28He made the poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold. 29He made the holy anointing oil and the pure incense of sweet spices, after the art of the perfumer.
