Have you ever led someone to Christ? If not, why not? Maybe you think that God can never use you in this way, that you’re just not gifted in that regard, and it is only for a privileged few to lead others to Christ. But if this were the case, why was the Great Commission given to every Christian? Every believer is called to “go and make disciples of all the nations...” (Matthew 28:19). That means we are all called to evangelism.
The Hebrew word for manna literally means, “What is it?” God would provide this heavenly food for the Israelites day in and day out for forty years! Over the course of these next 5 days, it’s our hope that God would supply spiritual manna from heaven for our souls. Each day is meant to provide nourishment from the endless feast that is God’s Word.
The Bible tells us that God enables us to experience the Spirit’s loving motivation in our prayer lives. But how is that possible? Over the course of this five-day study, we’ll glean four key principles of guidance found in Romans chapter nine.
