‘Go to this people and declare:
You will listen and listen but never comprehend;
you will look and look but never perceive.
For this people’s heart has become calloused and dull;
their ears can barely hear,
and they have deliberately closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might actually see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts,
and turn back to Me, and I would heal them.’*
