And you shall teach them ordinances and laws, and shall make them know the way in which they must walk, and the work that they must do.
And you shall choose out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness. And place them over the people to be leaders of thousands, and leaders of hundreds, leaders of fifties, and leaders of tens.
