because if you (SG) will confess do with your mouth Yehoshua as L-rd, and believe with your heart, that Hashem did him rouse from the dead, you will saved become.

because with the heart believes one to righteousness (Yeshayah 53, 11; Genesis 15, 6), and with the mouth does one confess to salvation.

so around is the faith from hearing, and the hearing by Moshiach's word.

because the verse says: everyone, who believes in him, will not become to shame. (Yeshayah 28, 16.) because there is not any distinction between Jew and Greek, because the same L-rd of all is rich to all, that call unto him; because every one, who will call upon the L-rd's Name, will saved to be. (Joel 3, 5)

and how shall one preach, if one is not sent? as it stands written: how beautiful are the feet of the (ones), who bring a News of good things. (Yeshayah 52, 7.)

how then shall they call upon him, in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him, of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a owner preach?

because the purpose of the Torah is the Moshiach to righteousness for every one, who believes.
