# Song: “Tu Eres Rey” "And they were calling to one another:“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.” Isaiah 6:3 As we listen to the words of this song, we are reminded of the beauty, majesty and sovereignty of our God. Isaiah experienced this in a time when his Nation was falling apart. The king had died and that usually meant political, spiritual and economical challenges were ahead. How ironic that when an earthly king died, another was revealed. Isaiah, saw the Lord, high and lifted up and His robe filled the entire temple. Kings are known for having long robes that drag on the floor. The idea is that the longer their robe the greater their status. God’s status is so great, his robe filled the entire temple! And around Him flew these powerful creatures called the Seraphim and they were calling to one another:“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.” Though Isaiah was experiencing turmoil on the earth, all of heaven was declaring God’s glory over it. It’s a matter of perspective. Sometimes earthly kings have to die so the True One can be reveled and shape the way we see things on earth. What is it in our life that keeps us from truly seeing God in all of His beauty and majesty? God wants to give us a vision for His glory today and remind us that He is King no matter how challenging things may seem. When we grasp that reality, we are able to see a clearer picture of how to respond to what’s happening around us and fulfill the purpose He has for us, Prayer: Father, help us to have a vision for your glory. To understand you are sovereign and in complete control. Regardless of how hard life can get, you are using it for my good and your glory. It is your job to be God, it is my job to be a worshipper knowing that you will bring me through it unscathed, wiser and stronger. Amen. Bible Verses: Isaiah 6:1-8; Psalms 103:19
