Heavenly Father, I pray my husband would have the desire to love and lead our family in the way you command him—with a firm faith, honor, and intention. God, I pray that you forgive me as I surrender my desire to control him and at times passively point out when he fails. I ask that you fill my heart with the peace that surpasses all understanding as I place my husband back in your hands and trust you with his heart. Help me choose to love him as he grows in leading me as his wife. In Jesus' name, amen.
