Moenie mense beledig wat julle vervolg nie. Bid eerder dat God sy goedheid in hulle lewens sal uitstort. Lag en vier fees saam met elkeen wat bly is. Huil saam met elkeen wat hartseer is. Leef in harmonie met mekaar. Moenie baklei nie. Moenie beter as ander mense probeer wees nie. Maak vriende met mense wat nie te veel van hulleself dink nie. Onthou: julle beskik nie oor al die kennis en wysheid in die wêreld nie. Wees nederig. Moenie net regsit om ander mense in eie munt terug te betaal as hulle iets verkeerds aan julle gedoen het nie. Doen liewer goeie dinge sodat ander mense kan sien dat julle God dien. Doen van julle kant af alles in julle vermoë om in vrede met ander mense te leef. Laat staan al julle wraakplanne, my liewe broers en susters. Dit pas glad nie by gelowiges nie. Los sulke dinge vir God. Daar staan immers in die Bybel: “‘Ek alleen het die reg om te straf; Ek sal wraak neem,’” sê die Here. “‘As jou vyand honger is, moet jy sorg dat hy iets te ete kry. As hy dors is, moet jy hom iets gee om te drink. As jy dit doen, sal jy hom verskriklik skaam maak.’” Moenie toelaat dat dit wat sleg is in jou lewe die oorhand kry nie. Oorwin die Bose deur te doen wat God van jou vra.
