Jesaja 58:9

Baie mense wil nie vir armes gee nie omdat hulle dink arm mense is lui, dom en onverantwoordelik. Soms is dit waar, maar in die meerderheid van gevalle is dit geensins waar nie. Baie arm mense is 'n 'n siklus van armoede vasgevang waaruit hulle nie kan kom nie.
