Blessing For TodayMfano

Fill the Void
When Jesus promised that anyone who comes to Him would not be turned away, He did not make any exclusion. He did not say that He will only receive people who are pure and not those who have sinned. He did not place any limitations or restrictions. Many years ago, I met a musician who grew up with music as part of his life. He had a small band and they play in the night clubs. Everyone loved their performance and thronged to hear him sing. But as quickly as they thronged to hear him, they also dispersed leaving him all alone. He had to encounter many problems and he was helpless. He tried composing and playing music, which he thought could fill the void in his life. But even in his music, he could not find peace. Eventually, he began to search everywhere for answers and for peace. And finally, he did find someone who would never cast him away. When he was young, he was told that Jesus is close beside us and He longs for us. These words kept ringing in his ears and with a small prayer he committed his life to Jesus Christ. From that moment, God took hold of his life completely.
My friend, only Jesus can satisfy your soul and not the things that you believe will give you joy and peace. Jesus is the only one who is everlasting. When you run to Him, He will come and live with you and lead you in an unique way. Open up your heart to Jesus today.
Prayer
“Heavenly Father, I come before Your magnificent throne of grace and surrender myself whole heartedly. Cleanse me from all my sins. Give me a new beginning in life. I believe You are doing it right now. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
‘I love you and want to be your closest friend – Jesus Christ’

Every day we must know the plans that the Lord has kept in store for our lives. The Lord has given us His word to reveal His plans to us. He reveals His plans through the word of God as we read it with reverence and prayer. When we hear His voice through our meditation of His word our hearts will burn like fire filled with joy (Psalm 39:3). Then as we follow it with proclamation of those words through the power of the Holy Spirit through our prayer, the blessings of that day will come upon us. Not only the blessings, but the grace of God shall come upon us to carry out that day’s work. We have compiled the Bible passage for you to read as well as the Lord’s revelation for each day. We pray that through this the Lord may give you the grace to be connected to Him throughout this year.
