All knowing God 

A little girl was taught by her godly mother to thank God for every blessing and also to pray for her needs. One fine day she was thanking God and praying to Him. At that time, her grandfather passed by that side. He heard her saying, “Thank You Jesus for Daddy. Thank You Jesus for Mummy. Thank You Jesus for our food and water….ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ.” The grandfather was shocked and asked her, “Your prayer is nice. But, why did you recite the alphabets in between.” She sweetly said, “Grandpa, I didn’t know how to say my prayer. So, I said, ‘Lord, You know my desires and my love for You. So, You form all my thoughts Yourself and frame them into a prayer from these alphabets.” The grandfather was taken aback by her answer. 

What a beautiful understanding of prayer the child had had! Prayer is just talking with your Daddy the Almighty God! When you go to your prayer room, know that your heavenly Father knows all that you need and the desires of your heart. He will not hold anything good from you. He loves to bless you with His goodness. With this understanding, begin your prayer, and entreat Him to supply your need. His supply will be beautiful and bountiful. 

Prayer

“Loving Father, I know You are a good Father who knows my needs before I ask. I know that You are my provider. I completely depend on You for my supply. You understand me better than anyone in this world. Bestow upon me the good gifts you have for me. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
