Yes Jesus: 7 Days of Loving and Servingਨਮੂਨਾ

Powerful Prayer
Prayer is a profound gift. It is an open channel of connection between us and God. We don’t have to follow a formula or do it perfectly. Jesus taught his disciples how they should pray, and we can always use that as our example. He showed them that communication with the Father does not need to be complicated. He taught that we can simply open our hearts to him, offer him the reality of our present issues, and thank him for all he’s done.
Fellowship with God is not unattainable. He invites us to come to him at any time and from any place. He is not unreachable or distant. He is always near, even when we feel lost or alone. There is nothing that stands between us and God. We can acknowledge his faithfulness even when our feelings don’t line up with the truth. As we persist in prayer, our hearts will come into alignment with his.
We can offer God every detail of our lives through prayer. We can rejoice when we are happy, and we can be honest about our struggles. We don’t have to hide anything in shame or embarrassment. God does not want us to present him with a picture-perfect version of ourselves. He wants us to be honest and authentic before him because he already knows the depths of our hearts. We can share every disappointment, doubt, frustration, success, and triumph with our merciful Father who loves us through every season of the soul.
One of the most beautiful parts of prayer is that we can use it as a tool for worship and to communicate our needs. We can offer God our heartfelt thanks, and we can ask him for provision with the expectation that he wants to care for us. We don’t have to pretend we don’t need his help or that we can figure everything out on our own. He isn’t bothered by our weaknesses, and he isn’t frustrated that we need his help every step of the way. He delights in leading us, and it is his joy to provide for his children.
Communicate with God no matter what you are facing today. Take him up on his invitation and experience the peace that comes from placing your life in his hands. Trust that he hears you and that he longs to respond to you. Find strength in his presence and thank him for all that he has done for you.
